rogue razor bladebroken telephone
the stay started poorly. i found a rogue razor blade on the carpet upon arrival (very sharp!). it really soured the mood. also, none of the phones in the room worked, so i had to physically go down to the lobby just to ask for toothpaste. i really didn't expect such basic issues from a place like this.

strange smellweak air conditioning
my stay had some problems. the premier room twin i booked had a strange smell. it lingered even after i opened the windows. also, the air conditioning seemed to struggle, especially during the day. the room never really cooled down as much as i would have liked (it was quite warm). these issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

I had issues with the room. the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was quite warm. also, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, a very unpleasant odor that lingered despite my efforts to air it out. the staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned these problems. I expected a faster response.

the location was superb, placing me right in the heart of everything! the views from my room were amazing, especially the gorgeous skyline! the staff were all wonderfully attentive.

The hotel is attached to a mall! The passage is indoors, so a short walk gets you there. The rooftop swimming pool includes a popular restaurant. The staff was attentive and did everything for me!!!
The hot water system had some issues. Sockets in my room were not working properly.
